Guarantee:
All our jewellery is guaranteed to be made of the metal advertised. If in the unlikely event found to be otherwise you will receive your full money back.
We guarantee stones for 3 months provided that the jewellery has no sign of being mishandled (like a dent or deep scratch) We will cover the cost of courier during the guarantee period only if there is no sign of misuse or damage. Otherwise courier is covered by you.
Tarnish or discoloration:
Silver by nature can tarnish due to chemical reaction with acidity etc or by being kept in a dark or dusty place like a safe. This tarnishing is not a defect in the silver and can be easily removed with a silver polishing cloth or at your local jeweller. See our page on silver jewellery care for more info.
Refund:
Please make sure of what you purchase. Personalised items cannot be refunded under any circumstance due to errors by the customer. Non personalised items will be refunded/exchanged on a case to case basis within 7 day period, however courier fees are non refundable. Refund will be issued within 10 days from date of refund agreement.
General:
Pictures may be enlarged for the detail accuracy of the item. Please refer to specs or ask us if you are unsure about anything.
Actual Color may differ slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.
All our jewellery, incl personalised take between 2 or 4 weeks before delivery, unless stated in stock. If there is an urgent request email us and we will see if we can assist you.
An order is only confirmed with payment.
